Can i use the northbridge fan header on my mobo to power the pump on the Corsair H50? Its just in a normal sys_fan header at the moment, but it would be tidier if it were there. Thought i'd just ask in case the power output for that header wasn't enough and it would end up blowing up

Only thing to watch is if your motherboard header will throttle the fan depending on NB temps.

Which you should be able to switch off if it does
