Problem playing blu-rays with AnyDVD and MPC & VLC

MPCHC is able to play the disc but it runs way too fast. So I go to Play > Reset Rate and then it plays too slow.

I don't know how to get VLC to play them at all.

What do I do?

Fixed the MPCHC problem, I disabled region code removal in AnyDVD.

I don't think VLC can play Blurays, can it? Not Bluray discs anyway.
