Patience. What address did you use?

Apparently OCuk does not perform RMA's for enermax's. The whole process is done by Enermax. However I would communicate with OCuk simultaneously - just incase you are unable to raise Enermax. The Enermax User Manuals do say to contact your reseller to determine if your PSU is faulty.

And ffs get a surge protector. Your Enermax likely popped to save the rest of your system. When you get your replacement, you don't want another failing.
 
I don't know the model of your UPS but not all support surge protection, and this aging unit appears to of been involved in two significant failures! Get it tested!
 
So have you tried another PSU to confirm that it is the PSU, screen artifacting would always lead me to suspect the vid card to be honest.
