Apparently OCuk does not perform RMA's for enermax's. The whole process is done by Enermax. However I would communicate with OCuk simultaneously - just incase you are unable to raise Enermax. The Enermax User Manuals do say to contact your reseller to determine if your PSU is faulty.
And ffs get a surge protector. Your Enermax likely popped to save the rest of your system. When you get your replacement, you don't want another failing.
