problem with pc - crashing (BSOD,

hey guys, ive got a problem with my pc, about 3 or 4 times now, it has just randomly crashed, sometimes it makes a beep sound then continues to work fine, other times it crashes completely and i have to reset the pc. i saved the error code from when i rebooted, which will follow this message. spec: asus sabertooth p67, i5 2500k, radeon hd 4870, corsair tx750 v2 psu, corsair hydro h80 watercooler, corsair dominator 4gb ddr3 ram, coolermaster storm scout case.
