Hi Guys.

Friend of mine is having trouble with system stability of this combination.

i5 750, stock fan.
Gigabyte P55-UD4P
Mushkin 1600Mhz DDR3 - 4GB

Basically, the BIOS on this board appears to be not that great for overclocking. After loading optimised defaults, i guided him through some changes.

RAM set to multiplier 10, meaning 1333Mhz. Voltage at 1.8 (stuff is rated for 1.85-1.9 at 1600Mhz) Loose timings... 9-9-9-24.

CPU won't go above multiplier 20. Is this normal? I don't have any experience with i5's

Base clock set to 145 causes freezing. 140 means it boots, giving a bit of an overclock on the RAM, now running at 1400Mhz.

My questions are this: Why can't the memory multiplier be boosted above 10? RAM set to run at 1600 or 2000 seems a little pointless if the settings don't exist. Are you supposed to increase the FSB to like.. 200, and lower the CPU multipliers? Could someone please give me a hand with the settings that should be used for this setup. Apologies if lots of posts already exist about this, i've tried a quick search, but to no avail.
