What do you use for all your aluminium cutting? You probably said already and I've just missed it so I apologise if you have to repeat yourself

I use a dremel mostly, prefer the control. Though cutting the side panel (which is steel) I used a jigsaw.

Thanks guys, going to try and do some this weekend - some more on the front panel. Though once I order the materials for a my SFF build this will be put on hold for about a month

Only done a little bit since last time, did this this morning:

Cut out a new bit of mesh as the old one was hard to make straight. The new one has 3 * 1 inch tabs bent at the top and an extra inch bent at the bottom, they're held in by the filler.
