Hey, i have a pretty small room so dont have the room for a nice big LCD tv. I do however have a wall above my bed. I was thinking i could use the wall and have a projector?

The wall space is 50" x 50" (127x127).

I basically want to use it to hook up to my 19" widescreen TV so that i can watch TV, movies but also play my Xbox 360 on it.

I would also like to hook it up to my gaming computer?

Any help please? I did a search and come up with a Viewsonic PJ503D which is £270 - But its only 800x600?

Also, are the screens all pretty much the same?

Any help much appriciated - Thanks.

Can i also just mention, the projecter at the max will have to be 2.6meters away. Is this ok?

And i will have to sit from the screen 2 meters away.

Is my room too small?

find a make/model of PJ you like the look of in terms of spec and price (the ones suggested above are all half decent) and check out what kind of screen size, throw distance and brightness your likely to get http://www.projectorcentral.com/projection-calculator-pro.cfm

Obviously this calc is only a guide but should give you an idea of what to expect.

I have an Optoma HD70 that is currently siting about 2meters away from a screen thats around 50" wide due to a move round in the room and it still works well.

One thing you might want to look into is the offset of the lens. the HD70 I have is quite restrictive in where I can actually position it due to the offset. Some pretty good Info about offset can be found here http://www.infocus.com/~/media/library/how_to_guide/installation/InFocus_Image%20Offset_HowTo%20Guide_Installation_en%20pdf.ashx
