Does anyone have any Microsoft 2nd shot vouchers that they can spare. Failed my 70-290 recently and don't fancy paying another £88.

I don't think they work like that - IIRC they are tied to the exam you failed, so booking a course with the voucher they provide after a SS would just -88 off the bill for the next one.

That's correct, you need to get the code from the company that set up the exam.
