I keep getting porn typed into the google tool bar when i use the drop down list of it.
I open it up and there greeting me is some pretty hardcore type pron of the whips and shackles type.

Is there any spyware or something that is known to put things like that into the search part of the google toolbar? Or do i have to have a word with my brother?

Im using Fire fox if thats any help.
(I know there is a few cases of spyware on here that i cant get rid of but thats why im using firefox instead of explorer so it covers up the problem because explorer is gone to the dogs)

Your brother.

You should check the history.

If it was your bro, it'll be in there.

I think somebody else is doing it if it's in the search history.

Does your brother use the computer a lot? Buy a lot of Vaseline? If so, be very very worried ;) :D :p

How old is your brother?

LOL you said porn, tool, dog and brother in the same post :D

Im new to firefox so im unsure how to use the history.
I press cntl H to get it up but there is never anything in there.
Even when ive been using the computer its blank

Zefan my brother is 16

Make sure 'visited pages' in the options is set to at least 1 day.

Thanks that is now saved to one day.

The little git knows how to use crap cleaner aswell so im not sure if he would use that or not.

I know that crap cleaner wont remove the searches from the Toolbar though and the only way of doing that for some reason is to do it from the toolbar itself in firefox

I think it's your brother. Why would spyware do nothing but add "prr0n" to your history? Evidence against spyware:
1) Your brother is 16
2) He knows how to use CCLeaner so obviously needs to hide something
3) It's obvious he thinks he's fully erased his tracks, obviously not
4) It's him
Just tell him it's a normal thing for guys his age to do but ask him to keep it to his own computer and teach him how to clean internet history fully :p You can always refer him to this thread. It's a browser that doesn't save ANYTHING on the computer (No prr0n traces)
