PSP Battery Times

Thinking of getting a PSP.

How long realistically do you get between charges?

Games, not movies?

Depends heavily on the game tbh.

From mine I can get anything from 4-6 hours off of a full charge although I rarely playit for anything longer than 30 mins, The missus has it!
 
Pure gaming I'd say I get about 8 hours but it's hard to judge as I use a USB power cable so it gets plugged in when ever near a PC, which is fair too often.

So the batterys dont degrade as much as Ipods?
 
Ive done between 3 and 4 hours non stop gaming with GTA, cant remember the exact but was suitably impressed and as allready mentioned it definetly depends on the game. UMD Access is the killer

Trust me you wont be dissapointed in the battery life
 
Battery usually lasts up to 6 hours but was playing a friend on PES5 over wi-fi and that absolutely killed the battery. I had about half a charge and had to plug into the mains halfway through the 4th match. I'd say wi-fi use halves the battery life at least.
 
I find I get about 6 hours general useage, gaming and movies/mp3 from the flash card. With wireless it was about 3/4 hours but that was purely GTA multiplayer.
