You could go with a 650w but with the 1080ti being capable of drawing 300w+ by itself I would go 750w for the extra headroom.

Cheapest option would be the Bifenix Formula series 750w. It's a quality psu built by CWT and has all of it's 750w available across it's quad 12v rails. It has a 5 year warranty and has fixed cables. You can read a review of it here.

Next options are fully modular and are essentially the same psu internally as Seasonic build the High Current Gamer for Antec. The Antec is basically a Seasonic Focus Plus Gold in a different casing. The specs are the same (both have 744w available on a single 12v rail), dimensions are the same and the warranties on both are a excellent 10 years. You can read a review of the Antec here and the Seasonic here. There really in no need to buy a more expensive psu than these.
