How do you find enemies just you just drive/walk around a massive map hoping to bump into an enemy?

Any other tips?

I haven't played the mobile game, but yes that's how PUBG generally works.

The mobile version of PUBG is just full of bots to fill the empty servers, On PC I rarely get top 3 in solo, but on mobile can easily crush top 3 85% of the time

The map gets smaller over time. You see a circle on the minimap and you have to get into that circle before time runs out. This forces player contact as people die. I haven't tried it on mobile but I really enjoy it on pc.
