Hi all,

Do you know any good car forums for Pug's? Mine just stop starting and can't jump start either

How would I know?

When i turn the key nothing happens at all, no sound and no lights on the dash.

Because that sounds like a flat battery, but if that was true you would be able to jump it.

If it was an ignition problem you would be able to bump it.

Pug's Achellies heel is thier crap wires. I'm 99% sure it's electrical. What voltage is the solenoid getting when you crank it?

If its electrical you would be able to bump ot wouldnt you?

If its totally dead, try tightening the screw top battery connectors, they are rubbish. Occasionally they come loose and you loose total power.

No, because even a bump start requires power for the injectors, the plugs, the fuel pump, etc etc etc.

If there is a wiring fault (ala dodgy earth), it will not run.
