Purchase Zotac 3080 Ti Trinity or wait for EVGA RTX 3080 Ti FTW3

I have found a Zotac 3080 Ti Trinity for sale for £1,280 but I was hoping to eventually get the EVGA one instead.

I want to game at 4K60 (PC is connected to my TV), so not sure if there will be much performance difference between the two cards.

Should I just get the Zotac?

Get the Zotac as that has a 5 year warranty too. EVGA FTW3 cards this generation are a disaster waiting to happen, unless you want to spend double the msrp in RMA costs with EVGA if anything goes wrong.

The Zotac is well priced too, the EVGA will not be that price and not worth anything more than the zotac card.

Or if you want better components and and OC model this one is the one to get right now for the money and better than even the EVGA card :-

GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GameRock OC 12GB GDDR6X PCI-Express Graphics Card

£1,349.99

It's £70 more than the Zotac but worth it, Review here :- https://overclock3d.net/reviews/audio/palit_rtx_3080_ti_game_rock_oc_review/1

Another review with a teardown too, so you can see the cooler and components.

I have 2 x 3090s of the Gamerock in SLI/NVLINK and they are really good cards without any issues with temps for memory or anything, they just work well and have good oc's out of the box and dual bios, just remember these have 3 x 8 pcie power needs.

My build here so you can see what they look like in a case normally mounted.

EDIT: seems the GameRock 3080ti oc just sold out on here, was the last one left, so not sure if you purchased it.

@4k 60hz I don't think you need a 3080Ti. A 3080 or 6800'll do ya nicely so save a bit o cash.

The Zotac's aren't the quietest of cards I have to say - but my last cards had an AIO on them so not had air cooled cards for a while to compare.
