Push bike for under 250£

Hey all,

im looking for the best push bike I can buy for under 250£. its going to be used daily to cycle 5 miles to and from where im going up some hills now and then

any suggestions?

Will it be off road at all? If not I'd be looking at a secondhand road bike, you should be able to get a decent(ish) one for that sort of money and a road bike does make a lot of difference over a mountain bike, even an adapted one.
