Q6600 and Motherboard Question

I'm thinking of buy a Asus P5K Premium/WiFi-AP Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard, and a Q6600 for a new rig.

I have 2 x Geil 1GB PC2-6400 DD2-800 CL=4-4-4-12 Dimm, which I have from a previous system.

Will all these go together well? and what can expect to achieve O/C on Air?

it should be fine, as for what OC you get be looking at around 3+ unless you get a very bad chip
