q6600 bsod at 3.2ghz

Try it at 2.1v, this is safe enough as the ram is rated for that voltage, +1 for memtest as well.

did you go straight from 1.25v to 1.5v for the vcore ?
if you didn't try any voltages in between try it at around 1.4v

it runs fine at 3ghz,cpu v at 1.25v so i dont think the memory is at fault.
what should the cpu volts be at,should i try1.375v or 1.5v

1.45v should be more than enough on a q6600 g0 at 3.2, my old q6600 would happily run at 3.5 with 1.45v.

you should be able to go from 1.1v to 1.7v in 0.0125v increments

*edit - yup just checked my settings and its is on auto.

the only settings i have changed on mine are ai overclocking to manual, vcore to 1.2625 (1.24 after vdroop) and ram voltage to 2.3v, but that is with a q9550. a very lazy overclock i know but i reached what i wanted so easily
i had my q6600 on an abit ip35 pro

I personally used the 333mhz fsb-nb strap, though auto should be fine. The strap determines what memory dividers are available, i found 333 to be the most stable.

yea my bios is 1101
i still cant set my cpu volts at small steps.

yes its on manual but nothing changes in cpu voltages.must be a corrupt bios
i have the latest bios is there any way of going back to an older bios.

you should be able to flash it to any bios you want to, you just need to download the bios from asus's site to a flash stick or cd then use asus ez flash in the tools menu in the bios.
