Q6600 now QX9650 later ,... what MB ?

Consider to get one of the last ASUS Maximus Formula SE around

Want raid (video), intel chipset, use my OCZ DDR2,+ Thermalright
Ultima90 I until eventually water for QX9650,. but Q6600 for now

Is there any reason NOT to chose ASUS Maximus Formula SE ???

In case "YES THERE IS" what else to get ? and why ?

The Ultima 90 does not fit the maximus due to chipset heatsink getting in the way of the mounting bracket, I tried yesterday. Get a Q6600 for now. The Maximus SE has watercooling block on the northbridge so will be suitable for you. It is a fantastic mobo, one of the best atm.
