After having companies like Orange, Car Phone Warehouse, Sky etc all offering free broadband to their customers, this puts another angle on things.

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/article/ds35240.htmlNTL Telewest has taken the first step towards integrating Virgin Mobile into its service offerings by announcing plans to launch a "quad play" package and subsequently re-tier all service prices to take the presence of a mobile offering into account.
The cable operator plans to re-bundle its phone, TV, broadband and mobile phone services by offering 2 services for £20 per month, 3 for £30 or all 4 for £40. The top 4 for £40 package, therefore, will include a phone line, a mid-tier digital TV service with VOD access, 2Mbps broadband, and a Virgin Mobile pay-monthly mobile phone.
"The quad play product will be the first time we’ve combined a Virgin branded service with NTL Telewest products: no other company has the capability to provide such total flexibility for the consumer," said NTL Telewest CEO Steve Burch.
The quad play proposition will be "aggressively" marketed in Virgin Mobile shops. A marketing campaign is also being planned through online, direct mail and direct response channels.
More details as they come in on Digital Spy.
