Will be getting one of the above PSUs tomorrow.

My questions..

According to some reviews ive read they suggest that the SATA power leads are mixed with molexes on the Enermax, 2 sata, and 2 molex on one cable.

Is that right? And is it the same on the tagans?

Ive got 3 SATA HDDS and would prefer to power them all from one lead - although i guess i could use a molex for one of them.

Then i will need another molex for my Plextor DVDRW and a SATA for my SATA DVDRW.

So hopfully i will get away with just 2 leads + the gfx power cable.

And will the leads reach my lowest HDD ( in an Antec Super Lanboy case )

So shall i get the 500W Enermax liberty or the 530W Tagan Easycon? Only £2 difference

Looking to go SLI soon and im sure that 500w is plenty as my cureent 485w enermax handled SLI 7800s easily

dont know about Tagan

but enermax libery are definitely 3 leads, each with 2 molex and 2 S-ATA power

and one separate PCI-E power lead

which is quite annoying really

as the Antec Neo HE have separate leads for PCI-E and molex which i also own and i find this system a lot easier

This is the box that it comes with, smaller than you might think.

What you get in the box, a bag that carry the cables, the PSU, manal with some stickers, kettle lead power cable, some screws and a enermax strap.

These are the 2 cables types you get, the red ones are SLi cables and the black are molex and SATA cables.

Easycon has 2 cables with 2 Molex connectors, two with 1 Molex & 1 floppy connector and two SATA power cables with 2 SATA connectors on each - room for 1 of those clip on SATA connectors though.

So with the enermax - thanks for the pics by the way - with one lead i can power the HDDS, two via the sata power and one witha molex. With another one i can power the 2 optical drives.

Does is deffo have 2 pci-e gfx leads?

The 620w liberty comes with 4 wires with 2 molex & 2 sata, 2 wires with 2 molex, 2 sata & 1 floppy disk connection, and 2 pci-E graphics connections. I guess the number of wires you get depends on which Liberty model you get.

PS you are not supposed to use more than 2 connections at once from the 2 molex/2sata combos.
