Question regarding whey protein amounts

Hi,

Whilst I go the gym quite regularly I do make more of an effort to eat properly and only use whey after the gym and some mixed in with a good breakfast to keep my going - making not sure to rely on it.

However I was pondering today - I put two scoops into the shaker (which is roughly 50-60g) is this too much? Or spot on? Should it only be one scoop?

The reasons I ask is one - I am not the biggest guy I am 65kg but lean, and two, it's expensive whilst a student! :p

Any answers would be great - I read somewhere that 1g of protein per lb of weight is a good benchmark whilst exercising.

1-2g per lean lb of body mass.
If you are having more than that (from your diet already) then you dont need more in a shake ;]
