Yeah, at this power/price point, there'll be very little to choose between them, though I notice the Hartke has an effects loop, which the Ashdown lacks.
Also, having owned Hartke heads/cabs in the past, I'd say that you're probably going to get more colour in your tone from the Ashdown than the Hartke circuitry - I always found my Hartke setup a tad sterile/clinical. But I've not tried these little 'uns, so I'm not exactly speaking with relevant experience.
The Ashdown looks better, too. The Hartke simply screams 'budget!'. But hey: if you need an FX loop, you need an FX loop.
