Hay im needing some suggestions on Living room cardio,

yes i goto a gym yes ive just started lifting (light weights) but for at elast 3-4days a week i have my 2 boys so i can not goto the gym but i can sit infront of a computer monitor or tv for a few hours at night time

Right now ive been doing,

Star Jumps
Standing Jumps
On Spot Running
Situps
Crunches
Press ups
Shadow boxing + kicking
Stepper Box (just need to get it back tonight)

What else can people suggest that will burn an can be done over and over :)

got any non bulky machine ideas?
im pretty limited on space hence the jumping instead of skipping as the rope would hit the ceiling and other stuff

sounded good on moyles didnt it :) wasnt keen on the marine part tho if you complain HARDER HARDER HARDER haha

nah just needin ideas of stuff i can do at home bicep curls, press an situps an star jumps an shadow boxin are what i do like 80% of the time but needing other ideas

a smallish box for or just use the sofa
russian squats
incline press ups
decline press ups

you could also set up to say 50x straight jabs
50x jab cross
and in some front kicks [just watching the kids]

I picked up a little mini stepper quite cheap just to throw an extra 40mins cardio in in the mornings, works up a nice little sweat

+1 for skipping, tonnes of variaton you can do aswell.

When you get to this standard you can ask again for new ideas.

Another vote for skipping. Really is a good one.

Rockclimbers?
Could try lying on your back and just cycling in the air.
Running on the spot and really get your knees up (wheeeey :p)

This. If you do it right you will be sweating like an absolute pig and be shattered after ~15 minutes.

you can seriously do 15mins?

i can do about 2mins an im beat altho ill keep trying this often run on the spot but dont lift my legs much

Get a Wii and have fun at the same time, it's so easy to raise your heartrate and keep it there for an hour or two without realising, you can control how active you are and thus your heart rate, no doubt Nintendo will make a bluetooth HR monitor at somepoint to update wii fit.
