quick question: how do you get the your basket menu with pics?

Ive seen a lot of people on the forum kindly wipping up PC specs for other users and is always in a really nice format always starts with your basket, then labels items with hyperlinks attached to the pages then has basket total at the bottom and pictures of the items.

is this a function of OC forum itself that can easily be done or are users actually taking the time to hyperlink all links and format it nicely.
