Quickest way to get a link from Firefox on Windwos to iPhone?

Just one link, not all bookmarks.

Currently things rank like this:

1. Press a button to display a QR code of the page and scan it with an app on the iPhone
2. Email it to myself.

Those both suck. Isn't there some way I can press a button in the browser and have a notification pop up on the phone?

That's for all bookmarks. I just want to transfer the link of the current page. Apple also have an official Firefox extension to sync all bookmarks (surprisingly). It even got banned from the Firefox add-ons site once for causing security problems.

Use iCloud.com and put it in notes on there.

Hold the phone...

Firefox has an out-of-the-box option to save to Pocket. Why not install the Pocket app or an alternative with pocket integration such as feedly (you might have that already, too) and use that?
