quietest?:Antec TruePower 650 vs Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold or other

Hi. I'm after the quietest really. I need 600-700w ideally £60-80.
From a lot of research these 3 seem to be the best.

Coolermaster Silent Pro Modular 600W

Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 600W Power Supply

Antec TruePower New Modular 650W

Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks

The Antec runs almost passive until 50% load, and is almost in-audible.

I cant comment on the others.

Also XFX are made by Seasonic just like the Antec, so should share similar noise levels.
