radeon 9600 vs gf4ti4400

just quake 3, cs 1.5 + a few other multiplayer games with crapper graphics
system will be very heavily nlited xp, athlonxp @ 2.4ghz, 2x256mb ddr on whatever hard drive
9600 (non pro)
ti4400 (reference model)
won't be enabling AA or any special features, just a pc made of spare parts for one off lans etc, not REALLY worth selling it all, would rather have the odd weekend of an extra player
don't want the pc to make any noise, so won't be overclocking the gpu as i don't have any blocks for it and the 9600 is fanless, so i'd have to make a cooler for the 4400 if i used that
