The KCD performance makes me very, very sad, but a known quantity. An intel CPU would've done better, as would faster & tighter memory timings, it helps a lot in these DX11 limited titles. Same for something like Cities Skylines. Alas, it is what it is.
What does help a bit tho is to play around with the user.cfg file, here's mine (also something I recommend playing around with for other titles that allow it like Fallen Order):

Lovely card but want to know what would be great..... if you could actually one for it's MSRP!!!! Not to mention, actually find any in stock.

Fair.
Hopefully OcuK start selling the ones they have soon so some forum users can get some GPUs, and hopefully stock improves generally in 2021.
