Your friend could possibly argue that he's never put in a bad performance regardless of the film but that's a somewhat different proposition. Admittedly if you have a long career you're almost inevitably going to appear in some dross but I think to suggest if your friend can't think of a bad film he's been in that probably means he's not thinking all that hard.

I think he meant a bad film where he's not a small part.

I am, however, going to remind him about Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull on Wednesday :)

Watched Sexy Beast yesterday, not great, but I certainly enjoyed it.
 
i watched tracker a couple of years ago and thought it was a good film.
quadrophenia too if you dont mind older stuff
