It could be 1/10, road car shells generally have a lot of overhang around the chasis so the shell covers the wheels, which makes them look bigger. I was quite surprised when my XRS Taipan showed up, it was a lot bigger than i expected... untill i took the shell off, and the chasis ended up being the same size as my 1/10 buggy chasis.
But then again, it could be 1/8, its hard to say.

what scale you guys think look a bit big for 1/10 1/8 ????
Not quite as impressive as this though.... this things a monster!! .
