"Re-formatting" XDA Exec?

I have an XDA Exec which I'm planning to sell and wondered how I'd go about deleting all my personal info and installing a fresh copy of windows mobile so that it returns to a fresh-out-of-the-box sate?

Easiest way is to go into programs and find the "clear storage" option. Otherwise, hold down the two soft keys and poke the reset hole.
