Only just recently started, but now everytime I turn on my PC it stops at the BIOS screen and I have to make sure my CPU speed is correct etc and save & exit before it continues loading windows xp.
Once loaded I notice that the system date/time settings always goes back 3 or 4 year to the 1st of Jan.
Does sound like the motherboard battery needs replacing? If so, where do I get one? or maybe a virus of some sort?

You can get them from most techy/homestore shops, even sainsbury's.
