Reading literature - anyone else lost interest in the past few years?

I've actually gained interest. I didnt read as much as I should have when I was a kid, and barely finishes a book, but not I love to read and have gone through a fair few. I forget just how good a book can be, there is a level of depth in the description which just cant be achieved in a film or on TV. I find it helps if it is a genre you enjoy.
