Rear Window - Rubber seal is loose around around one corner

hi guys

my car: Toyota avensis 1.8 GS, s reg, hatchback

problem is, around the back window, the rubber seal is loose from one corner, it seems like the whole rubber seal that goes around the window has shrunk, because its a very tight fit and if i force it in one corner the other corner pops out. - how do i fix this? do i need a whole new seal?

Heat supples up rubber and restores it to almost it's intended shape. Get a hairdryer on the corners to soften them up and see if that helps.

i called AutoGlass they send to go to a local autoglass branch to see if they can repair it
