I have an Auzentech Xfi forte sound card. About once or twice a week or so when I change from entertainment mode to gamer (or vice versa), I get no sound at all and have to reboot to cure the problem. I have read that this might be related to Windows 7, which I am using. Can anyone suggest anything?
I might just leave it set to entertainment mode, I suppose the difference between the two modes isn't that noticeable though it would be nice to use the card fully.
