Hi Guys,

Since upgrading my GPU form 980ti to 2070 super the PC now runs silent apart from the annoyingly loud fan in the PSU. I'm thinking it may be time to replace my Corsair CX750 80+ bronze so I can use it as spare encase I have any issues.

I was just wandering if you could give me some pointers or recommendations on the below questions please?

Is gold standard worth the monies?
General feelings around Semi modular or fully modular?
And is there a go to manufacturer for PSU's?

Thanks in advance :)

I would highly recommend the Superflower Leadex 750w... Ive had units by them before and they have performed brilliantly, they come with a hefty 7 year warranty and the fact its Fully modular is very helpful when PC building and if you have cable OCD like me :p

Either of these would be my suggestion. The White RMx also comes with White braided cables. The RMi is a notch above (Has a better fan, can run in single or multi rail config, and also works with Corsair monitoring software)
