Recommend me a broadband package - £30 per month

I'm looking to leave my current provider because I need to receive bills montly in order to claim expenses. Here is what i'm after.

• At least 4mbit download, will go for 2mbit at a push
• Able to receive a bill every month
• ADSL preferable because I already have all the equipment
• No download limit
• No phone line charges, already have phone line
• Good, reliable service
• 3/6 or monthly contracts, prefer not to be locked in for a year
