Recommend me a 'classic/chilled' music album.

I'm usually into my (real) hip-hop/drum-n-bass but then at times I like my alternative taste in music.. the classic soul tunes.

I can't really name many tunes, nor can I specify a proper genre, but I'm looking for an album (compilation) with tunes like the following:

If you like that then get the Best of Lionel Richie, it's quite good in actual fact.

Cheers, will sample the tunes off youtube first..

However, I would prefer a compilation of tunes that get airtime on the radio, and are somewhat common..

Just wish I could name a few more songs to help :s
