It appears that I am miles from the exchange and be cant garuntee a good connection at all! Very disappointed here 
Now I need a decent ISP, it appears im lucky if I can get upto 8 lol
I was looking at Plusnets new gaming thing which seems like it could be alright as thats what I spend most of my time doing.
VM Cable is pricey for xl package imo and dont really wanna be forking out that much each month.
What have ya got?

Done the BT checker and this came back
Your exchange has ADSL broadband.
However, despite an engineer's visit to your premises it has been proved not possible for your telephone line to support broadband service. Please accept our apologies. We are continuing to look for alternative technology solutions and this site will be updated with developments as they happen.
