Agreed, but Nile are certainly not grind

If anything they're technical/progressive death metal.

True, but Nile still have elements of grind. Take, Nas Akhu Khan She en Asbiu from "Black Seeds of Vengeance" for example. Sure, they are death metal at heart, but with some passages, they certainly still know how to grind!

Gotta love tose Tibetan doom horns and African choirs to mix that bad boy up.
