I also think Final Fantasy 10 is not as good as 7/8 but way better than 9.

Graphically one of the ps2's finest too.

I most definately rate final fantasy 12. a lot wont though

It's a little weak as far as the stories deepness goes, But i was really happy with pretty much everything else

One of the less said about games on the ps2.

Splashdown. All the jetski type games that are about, splashdown trumped them all.

Done by rainbow studios after they did the motocross madness series on the pc. The control and wave/water mechanics are spot on, making it drop dead fun with a sound track that totally suits, even if it's not your type of music.

Avoid the sequel though, half arsed rubbish

If you like Final Fantasy then buy X. Some people say it's one of the best FF's. Well, even if you don't think it's very good it's still really long so it should easily give you 50-70 hours of playtime.

I've completed that game in the arcades so many times! I dread to think how many pound coins I wasted on it.

Have to say I'm a FF lover and I Hated FFX! It got rid of everything I loved! Pretty much linear, no open world, soooooo slow in pace & the cut scenes, although pretty good graphically, sent me to sleep -_-
I found the characters to be pretty stale too.

It got better with FFXII and XIII though
