I have a dual monitor setup with a pair of LG IPS234V-PN monitors that were purchased quite a few years ago. Unfortunately, one of the monitors packed up so I need to get it replaced.

Each monitor has a DVI and HDMI input, so this enabled me to have dual monitor setup on two computers that are connected permanently. Each computer utilises a DVI and a HDMI. I just switch the inputs on each monitor when I switch the computer.

I don't game at all, so monitor is only used for basic office productivity apps (email, web, Word, Excel etc). I originally, purchased the LG monitors for £110 each (this was back in 2013). I was hoping to be able to find an equivalent monitor for cheaper (or a much better monitor for about the same price) but this is proving to be quite challenging to find.

The most suitable monitor I can find is the Dell SE2417HGXF.

Just to summarise my requiremens:
  1. Around 23 to 24"
  2. Minimum resolution: Full HD
  3. Must have two digital input connections (ideally HDMI and DVI)

Does anyone have any better monitor recommendations?

Dell P2421 little bit more expensive but they are IPS WUXGA 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz 16:10 and all my users at work love them. We went with this model as the 1920x1200 resolution matches the 15.6" XPS laptops we have also rolled out to users
