DOF is quite small though..... For buying lenses, I personally think it's worth saving up to get something like the Canon 100mm macro and in the meantime spending a few quid on the above. means you get to play around and have some fun until you can afford the 100mm, and once you've got that, you'll have a kick-ass macros lens.hoodmeister said:Not saying it's any better a choice than the above options, but what I ended up with is a Sigma 50mm macro lens.
