recommended spec for £300 ish

hi, can anyone help me spec a pc for £300ish, its my nephews birthday and hes started gaming on his dads laptop but now wants a pc of his own.
The budget is £300ish as his dads putting £250 in and il put the rest in, iv got a spare K+M and 20" lcd he can have for now.

he really only plays mw3 at moment but probably play bf3 and mass effect if it will handle it ??

What do you guys reccomend

ok iv got 2x spare sata 160gb hard drives too, and a dvdrw

Thanks for all your help guys whats your opinion on performance of the llano+6570 crossfire, iv read mixed reviews? also wouldnt a bulldozer suit more as its newer or were they just a fail ?
iv got a business edition 64 bit from a works laptop that i could install for him, iv got win 7 64 on my pc but think you can only run them on 1 machine,
Im really not sure cos hes played my pc and hoping for similar but you guys spec`d me a rig of almost double his budget has anyone gamed on a similar setup, if so please tell me your experiences

I will try and address these q's

1) Llano is good and the onboard GFX is pretty decent, but a good CPU+6850 will be a much faster option even if you try and crossfire a lesser card with Llano.

2) Bulldozer FX = fail.
