Hey guys
I'm a noob when it comes to camera's so I need some help please
I plan on doing a speed drawing video and so need to record my efforts for hours, trouble is my Panasonic Lumix G2 only has a 1GB memory card and so gets filled up with near HD content every 15 minutes, so I would have to record for 15 minutes, stop the recording, plug the camera into my PC, empty the memory card, set up the camera again and repeat the procedure.
Unfortunately I have very little money at the moment so buying a huge memory card isn't an option.
Would it be possible to connect my camera directly to my PC whilst recording so that the video file is stored on my PC's SSD rather than the camera's memory card?
The camera doesn't have a firewire port unfortunately, but does have an AV/Digital out and a Mini HDMI port.
So can it be done (if so how)? Or do I have to forget the idea?
