You do realise that the whole red light thing is targeted at men and women generally don't like it right?

I am going to assume the op is a stoner obsessed with amsterdam. Which by the way, is overpriced and has ropey women (like the vice scene generally in most of Europe).
 
I have a red light bulb in my desk lamp and everytime I self abuse I put £15 in a jar on my desk. It really gives my office that special brothel ambience.
 
Just realised the lighting in modern strip clubs is usually blue these days, not red. So I did a quick check to confirm my suspicions...

How can I achieve that in one of my rooms? I have done a quick google search for red light bulbs and what not but I'm not even sure that would give the same neon look. Anyone any ideas?

I was under the impression if you took pictures of the brothels in the red light district, you got gang rapped by their coked up pimp?

In some red light districts, it's not so much a danger to the person taking the picture, as it could potentially be for the girls in the pictures. Particularly when the pictures end up on the internet and such.

What a silly assumption to make. Whilst I have been to amsterdam I do not smoke or even drink. I like the way the girls look under red and uv light and was wondering how to replicate it. None of the girls I take home out of choice would ever have cellulite. If I happen to be with a girl that does, then I'm pretty good at maintaining and carrying on through no matter what happens, its all part of the game.

If its that simple how do they get the whites to stand out so much, surely a simple red light bulb would reflect red onto white rather than make them look neon.
