need some inputs here guys
basically Im helping a guy to RMA an gfx (Im the original owner of the card). The store where we sent the card back decided to give me a refund instead of replacing it. Now here is the problem, there is a different between what he paid and original price (which being refunded to me) so is it fair to refund the buyer only what he paid or should I give him little extra as well? Of course I dont mind giving him extra but what I think is hes getting extra already by getting back the same amount that he paid a quite a long time before (seeing how the gfx's price going down recently, he would not get that amount by selling the card for example)
Anyway, let me know what you think is fair
cheers
