Morning, happy Boxing Day all! We made gravy on Saturday ready for the big day.. roasted chicken wings, fresh stock etc.. So it obviously got reheated yesterday for Christmas dinner and went down a treat, but we still have loads left. I’m sure I read in the recipe not to reheat it again, but what do you think? I’m normally fine with stuff like that, but chicken, and reheating again is usually a no-no

me and the missus will reheat big pots of soup many times over 4 or 5 days and we haven’t died or turned into zombies yet so I guess reheating gravy will be ok
Does your soup have meat in it though? That's kinda critical. Funnily enough I'm making some minestrone soup to take to work this week. I won't reheat the lot every time but it lasts 4-5 days sat out in the kitchen without giving my any trouble. Wouldn't do that with meat-based food though.
