I've had a few close calls, but I now make sure I pull over ASAP and have some shut eye if I need to. It is bloody scary sometimes. I get it on long motorway journeys and sometimes after a long day at work.

I stopped at a service station the other day and ended up sleeping for about an hour I felt great after it though
