Remember those free cardboard radios?

Dear DAB digital radio enthusiast

You recently requested a free novelty cardboard radio via our website.

The purpose of this letter is to apologise that we have run out of cardboard radios, without being able to provide one to you. I am personally very sorry about this, as I had calcuated the quantity of cardboard radios remaining and developed the website ordering system accordingly. Somehow, despite me allowing a contingency of over 1,000 spare cardboard radios, that contingency stock seems to have vanished from our warehouse and therefore we cannot fullfil your request.

Instead, i am enclosing a free copy of our Buyer's Guide to DAB digital radio. Although this isn't a novelty item, I hope that you find the information within it is useful.

Please accept my apologises for this mistake and i hope you aren't too disappointed.
